We currently ship to over 200 countries and regions. If we can’t deliver to your location for any reason, we’ll contact you immediately and issue a full refund.
Customs & Duties
International orders may go through customs in your country. Any fees or import taxes are set by your local authorities — we don’t control or collect those. Most customers don’t pay anything extra, but if you do, that cost is separate from your order.

Need to Cancel?
We understand — things change. If you need to cancel or adjust your order, just contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has shipped, we can’t cancel it mid-transit.

Once we approve a return, your refund will go back to your original payment method within about 14 days.
